A bedroom community is a location, away from most commercial establishments, where there are homes and private residences located there. In order to shop, go to work, participate in recreation ,etc, a person must commute away from home to do those things.

All depends on whose bedroom ! Now ...if you mean dormitary community , that's a different matter ! Where we all go to get away from the ratrace called modern day life ! Our own private burrows !

i live in a bedroom community.
most people are workers and sleep in their bedrooms and don't mess around
