I have been putting on some needed weight and have been exercising and toning. I just can't seem to get any results in the area mentioned.

I agree with the flies but I suggest actually rounding your arms (not locking out the joints). It's more protective. Also, simple "girlie" or regular push-ups. The girlie ones are done from the knees and the regular ones are from the toes. Both are palms flat on the floor and "push up" so that your torso and legs are straight and supported by your arms (straight, but again, not locking out the joint) and knees or toes.

Two points. Firstly get an ab cruncer or some sort of exercise tool for doing the exercise. There excellent especially if your stomach is bad. Secondly, theres exercises you can do to counter act the strain on the back muscles. And remember your routine should be tough but only done every 3rd day to ensure you give the muscles a rest and see the best results. Happy crunching!!

get a weight in each hand and put them out to your sides, in the T position, and then (keeping your arms straight) push inwards so your arms are pointing out straight infront of you. You should have some sweet pecks if you do this on a daily basis

Why don't you go to a sport shop and ask someone to buy weights. 1kg or 2kg. Start with 1kg, and do it everyday (morning/evening) but you need to see the right way how to excersise your arms incase you hurt your arms in pain.

Here is an idea: couldn't find a photo to show you....

Lye down and lift the upper part of your body and arm out and circle them. I think I look like a bird about to fly.
