Interesting idea,
If you think on a Psychological basis, the same Psychological characteristics seen in a revolutionary leader IE (Che Guevara), could also be present in the ancient historical prophets of the Torah and the bible, such as John the Baptise.
So too can the spirit of the hippies be traced back to the beat generation influences which in turn were inspired by Existentialist philosophers and writers who also were interested in the Romantics (poets like William Blake), not to mention William Blake's interest in gnostic Christianity.
So the possibilities of Jesus having a similar psychological outlook of say a revolutionary or spiritual political activist (hippie) would say more to us today, than any religious mythology, on how we must resist evil in the everyday.
I doubt he would have anytime for capitalism, industrialists or bankers, yet would have more in common with protesting against war, famine and social injustice.
A good book to read is the translation of the Gospels of Thomas, which is older (some scholars acknowledge) than the bible and adds new light on what Jesus may have believed.
On the point of Drinking alcohol, it is not prohibited in Judaism, secondly many people drunk wine because there existed no pure unpolluted drinking water 2000 years ago.
As for chatting up the ladies, maybe he already had a girlfriend or wife, namely Mary Madelene, or maybe not.

My standard, irreverent and light-hearted answer to the often-asked question of "What was Jesus doing between the age of twelve and thirty?" is "He dropped out of college and followed the Grateful Dead. He supported himself by selling fish sandwiches and wine. He never ran out of either."

BTW I am getting fitted for a lightening rod today after work ;)

There is no evidence that he was ever drunk. The scriptures says that the Priests accused him of drinking with the drunkards and with sinners, if he would be here to day he probably would be hanging out with you, as He answered to the priests: The well didn't need a doctor only the sick and the sinners who need to be saved and need peace in their soul. Amen!!!

he was suffering from Messianic complex

Messianic complex is a psychological state in which the individual believes him/herself to be, or is destined to become, the saviour of the particular field, a group, an event, a time period, or in an extreme scenario, the world.

People with Messianic Complexes tend to see themselves as saviours to a specific group of people or a specific field, making claims of their own glory, or claiming a self awareness of their own gift and how that gift can affect a group of people or a field of life.

In the most extreme cases, people with Messianic Complexes may see themselves as spiritual/religious Messiahs with transcendent powers who are destined to save the world.

There's probably more truth to that than you imagine. Or it would be if Jesus wasn't a creation of the church trying to gain more control over the simlpe-minded sheep (baaaa) who provided them with all the riches they now enjoy.

No he is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the Prince of Peace, the way,the truth and the life.

Please don't make fun of my Lord and Savior who saved me and forgave me of my sins when others wouldn't.

I have had even christians to turn their back on me in my time of need but the Lord comforted me and guided me through my troubled times and because of that I have accepted the Lord into my life because Jesus has promised me that he will always love me,be there for me and never forsake me and so far Jesus has made good on his promise to me and I have not regret it.

Sure, haven't you seen hippies healing the sick and the lame, casting out demons, feeding thousands with two fishes and a loaf of bread?

Anything to try to discredit Christians.

I have spoken to God about what you have said about His Son.

Theophilus says:
"Sure, haven't you seen hippies healing the sick and the lame, casting out demons, feeding thousands with two fishes and a loaf of bread?"

Did you actually see Jesus healing the sick and the lame, casting out demons or feeding thousands with two fishes and a loaf of bread? I thought not. Moron.
