If she really does, don't bother. You deserve someone better who wouldn't have a boyfriend!!
But if you still want to be a fire in her life and show her love and get her, here are the things:
1) still call her
2) send her Valentines this coming wed
3) Kiss her ***
4) Call her mother tell her you love her!
5) hung out with a new girl where she is. She will boil with anger of jelouse and want you
6) play as if you don't care
7) write a poem

Has happened to me and I just waited it out, it was worth the wait on two occasions. In fact it could even be a good thing as it gives you more time to contact on a more personal level. It can be torture of course just hoping every time you see them that they are going to split up, especially when you know them both.
Just because she is in a relationship doesnt really mean that much. She isnt going to just dump him for the first person she comes accross even if that person is the love of her life.

Go bowling
Go rollerskating
go to the movies
go shopping
play games like nintendo, playstation,etc...
help your parents do things around the yard
read a good book
go to the park
