I am a very outgoing guy, i'm fairly popular at school(thanks to my unique and vibrant sense of style. I run varsity track, i skateboard, and am part of a rap group, and an indietron rock band. girls actually like me a lot, so the problem isn't getting them to like me its talking to them. i am super talkative and friendly but when i get around girls i like i kinda freeze. i've liked this girl named ashley at my school since halloween 06 i have not been able to talk to her like that. and now she has a boyfriend i feel stupid ckuz i missed an oppurtunity. so i need some advice.
how do i over come this shyness and what do i do about ashley(fyi her and this new guy have only been together 2 weeks)

whenever you're around girls just pretend they're one of your friends. getting a bunch of close girl friends would help you're problems too. you just have to relax around them. it may help if you guys talk while in a big group, that way, if you freeze up you can start talking to your friends and get her interested with you're personality

first of all. Dont go out of your way to break her up. Just work on talking to her while shes still going out with her boyfriend.
Get to know her now so she wont even think that you like her since she has a bf.
work on talking to her as if she were just a friend. Also, tell a extremely well trusted friend about how you like her. THen, when she breaks up, if you dont have enough guts to ask her out, you can have your friend help you out.

being strait forward is the best way . think of it like this ,what do you have to loose, and shes the one missing out if she turns you down
