I try, but usually fail! Have juice with breakfast and sometimes have fruit at lunchtime, always have a veg or 2 at dinner time, but it's never enough...

I'm not on a diet and never have been! I'd just like to eat well and the UK Govt recommends 5 fruit and/or veg a day as a minimum!

DO not try to limit yourself from eating, it will only make you crave for more... it's better to eat foods that has low fats and calories and eat 3 times a day regularly........ Refraing from eating junkfoods as this will break your diet........

I don't usually eat 5 a day...but I try to drink juice with meals, and throughout the day, rather than soda. This way, I know I drink more than the recommended 5 a day. Give it a try!
