I am 50 years old usualluy everybody wants to loose weight and appetite my case is strangely apposite.

To help the appetite: drink something sour before meal. Apple cider, thin citric juice. (they better not be too sweet).etc. A slow walk once a day in cool fresh air helps too.
If you are healthy, don't worry too much, just relax. The more relaxed you are, the easier the food will go down. If there's any reason you feel your being thin is compromising your well-being. talk to your family doctor.

I have the sane problem, I find that if I have a pineapple juice (its an appetite stimulant) with my meal it increases how much i eat, so does eating breakfast. I get really hungry around 10.30am if I bothered to have breakfast. The other thing is caffiene such as cola and coffee are appetite suppresants so if you drink a lot of these they will decrease your appetite.

well, this is what i do if i want to feel hungry.
Appeton is a medicine you could take.
Try different types of foods maybe? Go for Asian, Western, you won't get bored!
Eat moderately and slowly increase intake. Then appetite will come naturally.
Start with fruits, then maybe pizza, carbs, eat chocolates from time to time :)

Here are don'ts
NEVER exercise and eat, you will feel sick,
Fast food and carbonated drinks will make you lose more appetite....
LESS SALT AND SUGAR

You can add the healthy weight without feeling hunger. Add /replace light food with more calorie dense foods. Whole milk, avocados for a green veggie. plus add muscle building resistance exercises, protein and muscle on powders.OR I would gladly donate my ample butt and thighs to you, if only I could.

are there any health realted reasons behind your weight and lack of appetite?
probably protein drinks would help bulk you up a bit.
go to a dietician to assist with appropiate foods. a doctor too for any health problems related to it.

Smoke u a few weed joints after about thirty minutes u could eat enuf to feed a small country. trust.

eat chavanapasa leham daily as food suppliment. sure you had hungry and more eat foods

you may be thin.but are you weak? only if your weak then you need to feel hungry....i mean that there is no need for you to worry because you are thin.... if you are weak then contact Mr.Ravishankar,RS puram.cbe.... for further check up.....

do brisk walk, do breadth exercises regulary, eat leafy vegetables. eat all types of food
