Where is the best place to buy a good-value men's racing bike in Dublin, Ireland?

I can travel anywhere within driving distance of Dublin but am not really willing to consider online options.

the best would ebay by far large amount of bikes there

The best place to go is a few of your local bike shops. If the bike is not for you take the bloke with you. He will need it to be fitted and adjusted.
