I'm having dificulties having orgasm with my partner. He's great, and I do sometimes reach orgasm, but would need lots of time...

Whats the rush? You don't have a problem achieving an orgasm, you just want to reach there quicker? Why not just enjoy it, and how ever long it takes... just keep at it. Its not a race.
Have you tried using a vibrator?
Learning how to orgasm by yourself, and knowing how body 'works' may help when you are with your partner.
Other than that apparently the blue pill can be used by women as well, maybe give that a try!?

Sounds to me like he is just getting there sooner than you and not having the energy to keep going, chances are you need to dull down his sensors more than you need to take some medication. Have you tried having a few drinks to dull his response time?
