My skin on one of my hands looks really dead. As much as I try to put lotion on it or oil, it continually dries up and it has a stinging burning feeling to it. I also notice that it takes a long time for cuts to heal. What can I do?

It also looks really really bruised. It has black areas that never go away, even when I put lotion on.

Sounds like there is some type of lake of circulation to that hand.
See medical attention-lake of circulation to extremities can be caused by a number of underlining conditions

Sound like a poor circulation or blood flow issue.

I'd see a doc, you might have a circulatory problem.
