Mostly you need to tone up your arms, especially your triceps muscles.

There are many exercise to do this. I suggest to get a dumb bell (or a large bottle of watter, filled with water) and hold it with your two arms behind your neck/head and lift both arms up o full extension behind your head, and back to the original position. Keep the elbows together as long as possible to ensure a good form. Do as many as you can, and then repeat some more. (30 should be enough,if doing more is necessary, add more weight.

Also place your hands behind your back at waist level on a sofa or the edge of your bed, straighten your legs in front of you and raise and lower you body. Keep it moving up and down working those triceps.

Also you can do push up keeping your hands, fingers in, close together under your chest. (It is a harder exercise but will give results if you can do it.)

Do some biceps and shoulder exercise too as a complement, you will not regret it.

You will get rid of the flabby bits in a short period of time!

Get yourself some practice poi and practice, practice, practice. You will never ever have flabby upper arms. And it is much easier than it looks and has loads of other benefits like increasing your spatial awareness and co-ordination etc. Have a look at Home of Poi web site - they sell practice kits.

That is your Bicep, you can start by buying small hand weights to go walking with or if you go to the gym, start doing bicep curls with a straight bar, dumbbell curls and 21's, start off with light weights but also do tricep exercises to even the arms out.
