Pilates and kickboxing... most gyms do classes for these, pilates is mild exercise but good for toning your body and kickboxing is quite a rigorous exercise that uses whole body, good if you want faster results or combine the two for the best results. If you cant face the gym get some home workout dvds for each of these exercises and also find out about 'Callanetics', apparently it is very good. If you want u can get some slendertone shorts, i have a belt for my belly and thats working really well. Good luck! x

Join a gym and get a private trainer! (is the expensive alternative).
He or She will be able to show you a wide range of exercises that will make you look toned but not too muscular.
Another tip (my personal alternative) is just keeping fit:
go jogging (start of with only a couple of miles, try not to run to fast, keep a steady pace to keep your heartrange down. You won't burn as many calories and it's not as good for you if you completely exhaust yourself).
The same with swimming, cycling, hiking etc.
The more you do, the more your hunger will increase. If you keep eating healthy your flaps will turn more toned without losing more weight.
I hope that helped

Join a gym and ask an instructor to put you on a suitable program. Remember, muscle is heavier than fat and it may confuse you at first. Also remember, you can't replace fat with muscle so you may need to loose a bit more weight as you start to get toned up. Otherwise, your existing fat content could make you look overweight again.
Good luck and be patient.

Cycling backwards on the cross trainer is awesome for your bum, and the backs of your thighs. Its a bit tricky to master at first tho! Also talk to the personal trainers at your gym. They will know the best techniques to recommend.
