Do you think after 2 weeks of working out ( 1 hours-2hours) and eating right will i see a diffference in my body!? thanks :)

you might, try to take a before and after pictures, take measurments (legs, arms, stomach...etc), weigh yourself.

after 2 weeks, do it again, you may not be able to notice a difference, but the measuring tape doesnt lie! good luck

Yes. In fact if you work out 20 minutes a day you will see a difference. Last Year I went from 202lbs at 5-6 to 169. It didn't come off all at once and after the first ten it came off slowly, but one year and 32lbs lighter was worth it! Remember also the faster you take it off the faster you can regain it. Diet without excersize is useless. You can excersize and not diet just reduce your intake of the same foods you've been eating and you will notice a difference.

you might. i think that it depends what you are doing. Are you running? Steparobics? Lifting Weights? crunches? i think that would help us if you told us exacly what you are doing
