How about a professional photograph of you? If you are in the USA some place like Glamor Shots will do your make up and add some some clothing to make you look glamorous. It might be too late to do that in time. So, you could give him an 8x10 picture frame with a note under the glass saying "Picture to follow".

What you need to realise is that most guys don't seem to mind if they receive a valentines pressie or not, get him something he wants or even just show your affection towards him and chances are this is more than he can ask for.
If you really wanna do something special buy a new special outfit that you can wear in front of him he will apreciate the effort.

Try a bottle of perfume - but get it engraved with a sweet message. He'll smell nice and will think of you everytime he uses it when he sees the engraving.
