It bears many of the signs: make an appointment with a doctor as soon as possible for a proper diagnosis and treatment; in the meantime, view: www.depression.com/- & www.relax7.com/7.php & the blogs of Shan Eris on "tackling depression", at www.myspace.com (http://www.myspace.com/7083717) and afterwards, type "depression" in the bar at the top of the homepage for that site. Try Google & Wikipedia as well as your search engine, for more links.

Definitely it's depression (clinical). You need to get help, I know it seems like nothing can get you out of the darkness, sadness and loneliness you are experiencing right now, but trust me, THERE ARE plenty of people whom are able and willing to help you. By posting the question in here, you have made the 1st step, which is recognising that you might have a problem. The next thing you could do, is getting the help needed. From the bottom of my heart, good luck and I hope that soon you can see a better future for yourself.

Yes most definitely!
Step 1 - realising that there is something wrong
Step 2 - realising you need help
Step 3 - asking for help

you are 1/2 to getting better, the hardest step is asking for help.
Talk to someone, your doctor is most important, but if you can't then try a counsellor or even one of those telephone help lines, it will get better, it does take time and rest and reducing stress to get there but it does improve.

same thing happened with me and i thought it was dep but when i eventually went to a psychologist it turned out that i was just stressed out with too much going on with me.
the worst thing to do is too keep on thinking abt it when it might be nothing at all. i'm far better now and u will also be if u talk to a therapist.

yes, I agree it is depression. Is it constant or does it come and go? Mine comes and goes, luckily mostly it goes. Whatever you do, don't be afraid to tell you doctor what your symptoms are. I also hope that you don't feel a sense of embarrassment over it, it can and does happen to losts of people.

Good day
