I am an ex karate practitioner and I like to keep slim and firm I also wanted to learn Pilate's as I heard that's the best way to do so but only women practise it in my local gym so I bought an excellent DVD. Pilate's for dummies don't be fooled by the title it helped me tighten and firm my abdominal muscles and increase my flexibility so it's win win.
