muslims and hindus have killed eachother for 300 years over this issue. there is a mosque at ayodaya and muslims claim that the mugal ruler babur built it by demolishing a hindu site where god rama was born.
but when i was in india and speaking to educated indians and they told me that none of these hindu or muslim claims can be verified through history.
but the killings and hate goes on
why so?

Surely you did not meet a hindu, it must be a Communist you met in India

We have some educated(and idiots) communists mixed up in the indian society, and one gets wrong replies on hinduism there..because these communists (also known as secularists in India).... have a sole duty to defame hindu religion and Indian culture.

Not only in Ayodhya, at least 3 main temples of Krishna, Shiva and Rama was demolished by Moguls and mosques built..not to talk of 1000s of other smaller temples.

Yes. People kill in defense of their religion, which is bad. This problem will continue for a long time, not only in Ayodhya, but everywhere else in the world.

well its simple....

politics, if you want to become say, the chief minister of a state, what you need to do is to dissolve the current government.

so what they do, is they bring up these kind of issues....and ppl kill each other, there is chaos, and so the govt is dissolved and you become the new chief minister....

and why?....ppl act first and think later....

Its so strange....isnt it....I have also done it many times...I am sure ur guilty of it too....

I lived in India for 3 years. It's been used as a political football by the Hindu nationalist BJP. It was L.K. Advani and his followers who tore the mosque down and really got things going again. So much for religious diversity, eh?
