No need. God's such a master at physics that he's a got a whole universe full or perpetual motion power.
How much would it cost to make a moon the size of our moon and put it into orbit. If NASA were to do it, what would the cost be?
Do you know, if we were REALLY smart we'd have little collectors, like TV antenna, that just grab the free electrons out of the space around us and it would power everything we have forever free of charge.
There was a running joke, and this exemplified mankind, we'll get solar power the day Edison and the National Grid can figure out how to put a meter on the sun so they can send us a bill.

Heave would not have any thing which exists in earth except Humans. So there would be no electricity and there would not be any bill.
same alike SUN which doesnt cost any bill but gives the light to earth and all other stars.
This is what we call GOD's work and none humen can do it by them self.
So if the sun can burn without getting any fuel or any supply and dont even ask for its cost so it has no match with HEAVEN which will last forever and ever,
So dont kidding with God by asking these kind of question.

The light in Heaven comes form Jesus and the Father and the light is brighter than the sun, so no one pays electicity bills in Heaven because you do not need light, as God is brighter than the sun so Heaven is light because of the glory of God.
