pumpkin seeds=zinc
flax seeds/oil or walnuts=omega 3 fatty acids
vitamin d fortified foods
milk/eggs/butter=b-12
veggies(varied)=vitamin a(beta carotene)
fruits=antioxidants
beans/peanut butter/nuts/whole grain breads,etc=protein

Some good advice for all people,whether vegetarian or not is to eat only whole grain foods,stay away from processed foods,and try and eat a varied diet and don't be paranoid of fat,eat healthier fats like olive oil or flax oil.
