the allies were the British Empire, Russia, France and the Americans (when they could be bothered to show up).
The central powers were Germany and the Austro-Hingerian Empire, italy was on there side originally but then changed to the allies. The Neutral nations were Schwiterland, Spain, Portugal and Scandinavia

-Serbia, belgium,russia ( tille 1917) france, great britain ( this 3 country's where also know as the triple entente) , montenegro, japan, italy ( from 1915 on ), portugal, romania ( from 1915 on ) greece ( from 1917 on ) , amerika ( from 1917 on before they where neutral ) also san morino, andorra, china , brazil, bolivia, costa rica, cuba, ecuador, guetamala, haiti, honduras, nicaragua, uruguaya, panama, peru,siam, liberia, armenia (1918) and czechoslvakia ( 1918 )
So this is a start and from know on it's up to you with a bid of effort you can find the central powers and the neutrals are the rest of the world.

Since you haven't probably done your homework i'll tell you the allies were the Germans,Italians and Hungarians,Poland was teh country occupied and the neutral nations was spain
