I reached my idle weight recently.....now on maintainace programe. sometime I fail to get low fat or skim milk.....can I dilute full creame milk wid water and consume or I shd skip it.

sure, you can water it down...but the fat content will still be there.

Well you can dilute it, but your not removing the 4% fat content that is normal in whole milk. All your doing to adding water to it. If you drink 8 ounces of milk, then 8 ounces of water it will taste better but you would have the same effect as if you drank 16 ounces of diluted milk

What U need to look at is the carbohydrates. There are less carbs in whole milk than in skim. Carbs turn into sugar wich turns into fat. Drink the whole milk and get the benefits of the vitamins. I used to drink skim till I realized that the sugars make it more fattening than the whole milk.

find a cat or dog and give them a treat. By some skim or lowfat milk. Watering down the full cream will taste nasty!

Yes you can dilute milk. Maybe you should use your spell check and more people would be able to understand and answer your question. Just a thought.

It wont hurt to diolute full creme milk but it will taste crap and it will not reduce the calorie count, I sugest you stick to semi skimmed.

YOU CAN WATER IT DOWN,BUT IT IS BETTER TO GET THE SKIMMED MILK.AS THIS HAS HAD THE FAT REMOVED.
