I told my mom that my throat was a little red, so it has to be red within the next couple of hours before she gets home. My throat really does hurt, but she won't let me stay home unless she sees proof. So any ideas that would make it red?

Well if it does hurt, then it most likely is red. Also, white on red is really bad so I hope you don't have that. But please don't cheat, you will get caught and then when you are really in need of help you won't get it.
