I read recently that due to Sea erosion of 39 cms every year Maldives Island will be devoured by Ocean in 100 years. This is serious and where will Maldivites go if this happens. Who should work for rehabilitation, Maldive Government or UN or Nations like New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland & Scandinavian nations where population is considerably low and can accommodate more population.

It's a global problem, in which we ALL have responsibility. the problem is not just with the Maldives, if we carry on abusing our planet we will surely suffer the consequences.

Nothing better than drastically reduce the harmful effects of our own actions otherwise in 100 years time it's not just the 'Maldivites' that face a problem, is the entire human race that will face extinction.

There is not a lot the Maldive government can do, besides trying to alert the world, but even powerful government are powerless with each other when addressing this issue of Global Warming.

As for the accommodation issue I don't understand why you mention Switzerland, as it is densely populated, and wouldn't people from the Maldive be better off in a Muslim country? After all the Dhivehi language is a Indo-Aryan language closer to modern day Persian and Iran has low population density

Sorry, but in Switzerland there is no such thing as a "considerably low population". Here 7 million live on 40000km2 which is about 16000 square miles only!

Probably you mixed up something...
