Apply heat directly to the spot, with a clean washcloth. As hot as you can stand, as often as you can stand. A steam facial would also help things along. Heat a pot of water to boiling, then cover your head with a towel and hold your face over the pot in the steam- just not close enough to burn yourself. Don't put the potions and lotions on it, and keep the makeup off of it. With heat it should come to a head and drain within a day or so. Do not squeeze it, poke it or prod it- if it's not ready to drain it can break beneath the skin and will just make matters worse. When it begins to drain, sometimes a gently squeeze- and I mean gentle - will help finish the process a little faster. Once it drains, apply a drop of tea tree oil to the spot to hasten healing. Tea tree oil has an odor some find objectionable, so you can always use it at night before bedtime as the odor will fade while you're asleep. My teens have all used this and it does work. Make sure your hands are very clean before touching the spot and don't touch any other skin until you wash them again- so you don't spread the bacteria anywhere else.

For immediate result, apply toothpaste on it at night. Dries up the zit by morning.
For long term care, you might buy tea tree oil, if it is available where you come from, and apply it on your face once a week.
It spoils on exposure to sunlight, so has to be always kept in an opaque bottle.
I could not find tea tree oil in the place i live, so I use an anti-dandruff shampoo that contains tea tree oil as a main ingredient. While washing hair, i spread some of the foam on my face, leave for a few minutes and then wash off.
Alternately, you could add a few fresh neem leaves to your bath water everyday.
both neem oil and tea tree oil are natural antiseptics, and guard your skin from infections and acne.
