I (still) lose my temper (waaaay too much!). Sometimes I lose my cool (although the older I get, the less that seems to matter). But, as much as I may forget (that actor's name, where I saw him last, what day it is, what I did with the car keys, someone's birthday even though it's written in my agenda...), I don't think I have ever, ever lost my mind.
It's where it always has been -- above my mouth, behind my eyes, between my ears and under my hair.

I try not concern what the other people are thinking as it is self defeating and you end up frustrated.
I just think about what pleases me and then I just manipulate the other people and just use them to my advantage.
In the long run you are happier if you just take this as if you have a friend and your friend is true then do unto your friend before your friend does to you...word on the street.

Absolutely. But just because you have that kind of thought does not necessarily make it so. Do not despair, existentialist epistemology is your answer. Read this stuff in small doses though, it will really mess with your head.

How do you loose your mind (as opposed to lose your mind)? Is it rattling? Has it become detached?
