You cannot slim just one part of your body. You need to drop fat all over to make your thighs slimmer. Incorporate 1-2 HIIT training sessions and 1-2 running 30min at moderate pace sessions per week into your current routine, add some full body weight training 2-3 times per week, sort your diet out and you're good to go.

Try a shape-up diet from A1diet. You will lose body fat from where-ever it is stored on your body - including your thighs. My friend lost a couple of inches on hers!! (I think she used a thigh creams from A1skincare too)

dont work your legs with weight training or you will make them bigger with muscle, just walk, jog, ride a bike and eat less Carbohidrates and more protein, Fat does'nt put weight on your body it's just unhealthy for your arteries so when you buy a 99% fat free milk etc you still wont loose weight look for LOW CARBS similar to ATKINS diet but just cutting down on the CARBS not completely cutting them out.
