You cannot slim just one part of your body. You need to drop fat all over to make your thighs slimmer. Incorporate 1-2 HIIT training sessions and 1-2 running 30min at moderate pace sessions per week into your current routine, add some full body weight training 2-3 times per week, sort your diet out and you're good to go.

Try a shape-up diet from A1diet. You will lose body fat from where-ever it is stored on your body - including your thighs. My friend lost a couple of inches on hers!! (I think she used a thigh creams from A1skincare too)

dont work your legs with weight training or you will make them bigger with muscle, just walk, jog, ride a bike and eat less Carbohidrates and more protein, Fat does'nt put weight on your body it's just unhealthy for your arteries so when you buy a 99% fat free milk etc you still wont loose weight look for LOW CARBS similar to ATKINS diet but just cutting down on the CARBS not completely cutting them out.

Running is great and so is swimming. Lunges and squats work miracles to. I asked this question a couple of months ago and this was the advice I was given, it really does work, try it.

Cycling to work is the best way to tone your legs. I cycle to work every day and ladies love to comment on my legs.
