That's what they are doing now. But it will take some time though. Only problem is the Muslim god and the Cristian god are not willing to come to a negotiation.

It is true there are demigods or angels who are in charge of certain administrative affairs of the cosmos.
They act under the direction of the supreme lord who is the sole proprieter of everything.
It is when the conditioned living beings desire to lord it over nature is there disturbance in the order and conflicts.
So if men realise their position as eternal fragments of the supreme truth then all mundane conflicts will be resolved.

They do. However, it is not their job to solve our mundane conflicts. Rather, that is our job. And they will help, but they are not going to do our work for us.
We created the conflicts. We got ourselves into it. It is our job to get ourselves out of it. We need to work it out together, resolve the conflicts together, otherwise, how do we value peace?
If everything is handed to us on a silver platter, do we respect it, admire it and cherish it? Or do we regard it as just something that everyone else is responsible for, not me?
The Gods/Goddesses have a plan. It's called, you work out your differences yourselves... and you will respect the resolutions because you did do it yourself, and you will keep the peace much more readily because you know how hard it was to fix it, and you don't want to go there again.
Seems if everything was handed out to us when we asked, we would never get off our butts and do anything ourselves.

The Christians think there is only one god. although other religions came along wayyyyyy before christianity. But because some book says all other religions are false they believe there is only one god.
I agree it would be nice if they could stop the conflicts of the world. Evil is with everyone. Evil comes from each person. not some made up being by the christian religion.
EDIT: What Boudica said above me is the best way to put it.. I agree with her..

There is only one God, whatever people call Him.
He wants us to resolve our own mundane conflicts. But he will give us the answers if we ask Him for them, and listen.

Through faith alone you could believe that they are doing just that right now, all the gods sitting together to resolve mundane conflicts ...unfortunately believing things through faith alone doesn't make them real at all.

That is what Democracy and politicians are trying to do. Winston Churchill once said about Democracy, Its not perfect, but its the best we've got. Democracy in practice is a joke, and a farce. Self serving politicians run the country, votes are fixed and manipulated. People think they are free, but it is only an illusion.

Why should they sit? There is no conflict among themselves.
The people who are fighting among themselves will not sit but the Gods whether they are existing or not we do not know , we want them to sit and discuss. Is it not funny proposition?

how mny gods do you suppose there is in this world today, and if you are right, can you sit down with your neighbor and agree with him or her on everything that takes place in yours or their lives?
there is only one true God and that is jesus christ. and jesus said that each of us are gods. notice the upper case G for jesus and the lower case g for mankind. this is because of the power, dominion and authority jesus had given mankind over all things on the earth and in heaven, seen and unseen. at judgement time, all little g's will have to answer to the upper G.
if however you believe there are other gods ruling with the heavenly father, then i feel a sadness for you.

Had there been many Gods, they would have sit together or elected one to represent them.
Muslims firmly believe in only one creator ALLAH. He is alone and nobody like Him. He is neither born to another nor any other born to him. He holds all powers and controls. He sent many messengers for people's guidance and lastly his Prophet in Makkah. He revealed many holy books upon his messengers (Prophets) for public guidance and lastly the Quran.
Islam teaches People to refrain from idol worshipping, falsehood (telling lies), bribery/corruption, intoxication, pre/extra marital unwed sexual relations, killing/harming innocent, earning dishonestly, wastage of resources, backbiting, theft, robbery, extortion, and all sins/crimes listed therein. It is Muslims' Code of Life to guide them at every stage: how and how not to earn/spend, marry, live, travel, maintain public/private relations, conduct business, etc. Islamic teachings are open, written, clear and unambiguous. One need not refer any commentaries to understand them.
They teache universal brotherhood and peace; to fight against terrorists to ensure justice to depressed and victims, to help the needy and weak, to maintain peace and public tranquility, etc. Muslims are bound to honour all other religions and their Heads.
Without studying all religious books, innocents claim that all religions teach the same and everybody believes and worships the same creator. It is absolutely wrong and misguiding.
Muslims believe the unseen creator Allah who sent his holy Quran and last Prophet who taught as above and that every good/bad deed is accountable: award for good and punishment for the bad.
Hindus believe in many Gods who had wives and children, used to quarrel among themselves, sometimes summoned armies from the earth too, took birth and died naturally deaths. Hindus' holy books founded casteism, unequality among humans, untouchability, right of education for Brahmins alone and the status of worse then dirty animals to untouchables. The Holy Bhagwath Geetha clearly commands: not to leave the own way howsoever that may be wrong and not to accept others' teachings howsoever they may be correct.
Christians believe the creator who had a wife and son whose blood cleanseth all Christians' sins. Hence while Muslims are always afraid of sins and post mortem punishment, Christians are happy, confident and fearless. Christians' holy book was modified and amended by believers much before the appearance of subsequent (last) Prophet, after Jesus Christ (Be Peace Up Him).
