You are only 13 so calm down. The brother of a friend of mine used to be chubby until one day he shot up and now he's not overweight at all.
If you want to lose weight now then I'm afraid the only way is to cut back on fatty foods and do more exercise. Exercise doesn't haev to mean using machines - you could walk more (possibly get a pedometer to check how many steps you are doing), you could also just move more generally.
Just make sure you are healthy - that's the most important thing. If you eat right and exercise ok then after a while your body will sort itself out.

I think you're too young to be worrying about your weight so shouldn't do anything drastic.
I would suggest just make sure you only eat when you are hungry and stop eating when you are full. Sometimes when you think you're hungry you are actually thirsty so have a glass of water and see if that works.
Don't drink whilst eating or for half an hour afterwards as your digestive system works better that way.
You should also just try skipping or jumping for 5 minutes a day that will excercise all the cells in your body and can tone you up a bit.
Basically if you want to lose weight then you need to burn some of the calories you are eating so just do 5% more excercise than you are each day, even just walking up stairs instead of the elevator.
It won't happen overnight, but if you do this it will last forever!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

#1 - You are WAY too young to be worried about your weight.
#2 - Go outside and play. You'll run the fat off and develop good, healthy muscle. Join a sport that envolves lots of movement (like soccer or gymnastics).
#3 - Don't you dare diet, as it can greatly screw you up at that young of an age. But you can learn to eat healthy now. It will serve you greatly in the future if you start eating healthy now.

You have time to come on here so I'm guessing you have time to exercise. You will never lose weight by just sitting there. Weight doesn't just drop off, you have to eat correctly and exercise, no two ways about that.

You are only 46 pounds at age 13? Am I reading this right? What makes you think your weight is supposed to be 40 anyway. It sounds to me like you might be underweight. Don't worry about your weight. Concentrate on something else.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
