I started doing cardio for 30 to 45 minutes 7 days a week, and altered my diet, (healthy food choices, smaller portions, etc). Will I continue to loose weight or do I need to add more to my workout to get better results?

First off, you are working out too much. You're not giving your body enough recovery time, which could cause adverse effects. I would do cardio 45 minutes 4 times a week, tweak your diet, and definitely switch up your routines so you are not bored. Nearly everyone hits that 'weight plateau.' Just keep up the good work. Think of how great you feel and look :)

u need to VARY your workout. do different things everyday, with different levels of challenge, that way your body doesnt become accustomed to the same stuff everyday, and also, so you dont get bored with what you're doing. the more bored you are, the less likely you are to succeed in this perilous endeavor.
