heavy weights low reps- bulky muscles + low weights high reps - muscle endurance(building capillary). So when u build capillary does it stay big when lifting heavy weights or doing any type of exercise? I want to look big and feel strong endlessly.

I think your use of the word capillary is different then mine. To me a capillary is the smallest type of blood vessel in the body. You have them all over the body and I know of no possible way to increase their size.

do you mean capacity?
capillaries are veins.

anyway you look at it, lifting weights can only help you in a positive way. a toned and strong muscle will always benefit you.
perhaps you want to be covered in veins from your muscle workout, but that is from lack of fat content under your skin.

so as you build muscle, you need to stay ripped and lean to have them show. veins are not compromised because of training. that would be suicide to the body and the body wont cut of its supply.

it is safe to train. if you train safe.

As you lift weights and gain muscle the body is changing therefore it requires more b l o o d and oxygen to compensate for the new muscle, so if you find yourself bigger but yet getting tired faster it is because your new muscle now requires more energy, which basically means now your have to do more cardio.

I dont beleive you can change the size of your veins BUT you can make them appear larger . there is stuff on the market that makes them pop out YOUR best bet is if its for a body building compitition to have some M& Ms and eat them 15 mins before you go on. veins dont make you look big start doing PYRAMIDS with your weights instead ... leave your veins alone.
