Aww! It is possible for any creature with a brain to get brain damage (which rules out the Spice Girls then).
Anyway, it happened to my cat when he had a stroke. (No, not me stroking him, a STROKE!) He recovered and is almost completely back to normal, except a little more Forrest Gumpish than he was before.
Your little mog may just be a happy go lucky sort, a cheerful personality. If you're seriously concerned get her to the vet, but as long as she's not showing any signs of abnormality she's probably fine. Might be an idea to get a professional opinion though, honey, just to be on the safe side.

Yes, definitely hand feed the kitten with a bottle and something similar to KMR (kitten milk replacement) formula. It CANNOT be cows milk, this will cause diarrea and make your kitten dehydrated and possibly die. I am currently taking care of four myself with my mom's help, they were born and my mom tried to help because the mom cat is a stray and very very skinny. The babies are somewhat the same. They won't know how to walk at all at first, in fact, they don't do this until later on. They just crawl around. Thank you for helping this kitten and trying your best to do whatever you can. I know that you have a lot of concern, but he should be okay, i doubt there is brain damage. Just make sure when you bottle feed the kitten you don't hold the head up high, or lay him on his back. Just bottle feed him with all fours down, he has to be on his tummy. Make sure the hole on the bottle isn't too big because it can get into their lungs and drown them. Just put the nipple of the bottle in his mouth and make a TINY drip come out, he should start to suck, if not, i would search google for ways to feed newborn kittens. ALWAYS make sure your kitten is warm before feeding him though, a cold kitten and milk can result in death. I know, it's sooo scary. I am VERY careful. You might also try taking his to the vet as he may need some attention and I'm sure the vet could give you furthur advice. Again thank you for your efforts and concern. I wish everyone was like us, and wanted to help those who suffer and need a home. Take care and keep us posted. :)

My friends kitten had her head accidentally trapped in a door . The kitten grow to be very scatty and unbalanced on her feet . The vet did say her brain had been effected .
I think for your peace of mind I would suggest that you have a word with your vet and see what they think . The kittens behaviour could be down to her personality or numerous other things including a bang on the head. It's very hard to say one way or the other.
Good luck with the little un have cats myself and they are part of the family xxx

That is brain damage! If she will on her head when she was a kitten then that can cause brain damage and it looks like she has it. Did ytou take her to the vet? Maybe if you take her to the vet to find out what is really wrong then they might be able to fix the problem. I am sure everything is alright though. Good Luck!

Its probably due to the bump on the head.. it happened during a crucial peroid of brain development. Even if the incident did not cause lasting physical damage to the brain, the possibility of long term trauma is high.

It could be either, but you really should've taken her to the Vet when she got the bump. She could be living in agony, or she may just be a scatty cat. Take her to seek some professional opions and soon!!

Any creature can sustain brain damage, however kittens and cats in general are rather random usually them being playful.
