Researchers have found that, contrary to prior beliefs, eggs do not contain cholesterol and therefore are not harmful. You could eat 5 eggs a day (although I wouldn't recommend it).

It may be yes or no. Men who do exercise and do a lot of work surely can eat 5-6 eggs a day. It can give gastric troubles also and you have a bad stomach ache. So it is the best to not eat an egg daily. Eat 2 or 3 eggs in a week.

I don't mean to sound old fashioned, but I'm referring back to what my grandma tells me about the issue. She says that she knew people who lived off of eggs in the depression era and were in great health for it. :-) Like the poster above said, although eggs contain cholestorol, they don't really raise levels in the body.

Who knows, for every study that says something is good for you there is another that says it is bad. I guess I'll keep eatin eggs until I see some lawyers commercial wanting me to sue someone for selling me eggs.
