Nopes....bad luck they don't grow back....if that was possible we needn't have ever worried bout oral hygiene and dentists....!!!!!
well pleasse get yourself checked by your dentist as grinding your teeth to such an extent in such a short time wud mean that u r in for severe pain if the pulp is exposed and also wud mean that there's some malocclusion of your teeth which needs to get rectified...if not you'd lose all teeth at an early age due to loss of bone support

No and if you are doing it in your sleep it is something you need to have checked as it is an indication of physical problems such as mineral deficiencies
