I usually even do not read the agreement, so I can't agree. Then who agrees? Who is "I"? Who are they?

When I agree, I know that I agree, so if I say that I do not agree, it means that I do not agree. But I can click near the checkbox not agreeing with agreement. Then are you sure that "I" means "me", or it means the person who wrote the agreement.

Well, some of you say, that if I click near the checkbox "I agree", it means that I am abode, have read etc. It does not mean that! I hve not read, am not abode etc. By the way, "I agree" is present tense. Even if you assume that I agreed some moment in past, it does not mean that I agree after that.

Whether you read it or not, you are agreeing, and are subject to the full extent of the law regarding the violation of the terms.

Well, it is up to you if you want to agree or not. The question is pertaining to you, and once you select 'I agree', it solemnly means that you have read their terms and conditions and you abide by it. It is much like a contract, the contractor makes deals and you agree with it by signing the dotted line and it can never be changed until it has expired. But we are talking about digital contracts, so since the question is pertaining to you, it is you who will decide if you agree with their terms and conditions and not them. But the problem is, unlike any ordinary contract you cannot add or change the deal. You are just giving a yes.

YOU AGREE. By clicking I AGREE you agree to anything it says in the user agreement. Iam just waiting for someone to come out with software that has a clause stating "I now own your home and your car" jsut to see how many people AGREE.

But yeah, It in referance to the person installing and using the software :) (YOU)

I DO.
I actually don't. But whenever I'm doing something and this "I Agree" thing appears, I check the box without reading. It doesn't make any difference to me either way. There's no way they can harm me or my computer. (that's what I think ! ; )
Keep "Agree"ing ppl. No one's gonna bite you. :D
