Sunil:

First thing is to STOP scrubbing the teeth backawars and forward and affecting the gums.Gingivitis is the result. It is not fatal unless it becomes badly infected.

You need to change to a soft bristle and use gentle circular motions and then push the bristles between the gaos in the teeth and to avoid brushing the gums.

Do that and your problem will clear up very quickly. also while your gums are sore apply an antiseptic mouth wash

i'd say you're taking too much vitamin C. do you eat oranges or any other fruits containing vitamin c in the morning? Don't take too many of them!! I'd advise that you minimise your vitamin C intake and brush carefully!! it will most probably heal in a few weeks or two months. It could easily be ginigvitis, I'd go see a dentist if symptoms persist. and if your gums are still bleeding then you'll have to go to the orthodontist ( a step up from your regular dentist ). Hope I helped!!!

Sounds like it could be gum disease. Your dentist will be able to sort it out. Good luck.
