If it's related to a woman's issue it could be Group B Strep. I would recommend that she see her gynecologist to have it cultured to see if that is it. If she doesn't have a gynecologist then I recommend talking to her primary care physician for the culture to find out if it's Group B Strep or something else.

There are many causes of this. Most of them are relatively easy to fix with medication.
You must see a medical professional. Please do not delay. If it is something serious postponing treatment only allows the illness to grow stronger.

Not much medical info to go on. Is this a male/female? Age, recent accidents or trauma to the body? See what I mean.
