I want to go back to the 67 kilos I had before the winter holidays.... in a month, more or less, but the problem is that my calf is already big and by jogging i wouldn`t want to make them even bigger...would jogging make them bigger ?

depends on your level of fitness. if the muscles are untrained there may be an increase in fat free mass initially as anabolism in the muscle cell is elevated. it won't last long, the muscles aren't keep under tension long enough to continually stimulate hypertrophy

Yeah! Run up good hills for 20 minutes without ever having done if before (like my friend did, yesterday) and see just how good your legs feel in the morning. When one of my very skinny friends joined cross country, she /gained/ weight. I know my legs have gotten much stronger since I first started running (although, I wasn't just jogging, but sprinting as well, which does tend to build more muscle...)

jogging is one of the best aerobic exercises (though it is impact and can damage knees/shins etc) as an aerobic sport it doesn't build up muscle, maybe it wastes them away
