You are eating the wrong types of foods.
Avoid carbs and eat healthier foods. Fresh juices will also help, no fizzy drinks or hydrogenated fats or too much ghee...I am sure you are having these...and fatty foods like meat red especially ...Do a lot of brisk walking and running too . touch your toes a dozen times everyday keeping your legs and knees straight and together..without trying to bend them .
Skipping too may help.
Watch your calorie intake first and then proceed with the rest.
