One of my female friend had a 42 dd breasts when she was overweight. Now that she's become slim, her breasts has been reduced to 32a.She's has been thinking of ways to get her 42dd back. But she doesn't want to go for surgeries or take any product(pills or hearbs).I've heard that eating cheese can help to make breasts grow (bigger).Besides cheese,is there any kind of food product that can help her breasts grow? And what must she do to make her breasts firm? She about 18 this year...

at the age of 18 -19 , be it a girl or a boy , person sheds off his or her puppy weight.
this is generally normal with every person.(who is normal and not over obese)after the age of 25-26 if u will not take a proper exercise routine you can get back you 42dd because the body will be in shape for maximum when you are 26-27. after that it will start going into the same shape that you were before.

if you cant wait for that much time then eat - eat n eat , sleep - sleep n sleep n be merry. u will get what u want.

Without going the surgery route, then I'm afraid there is only one option. There aren't any type of food products out there that are proven to help women gain bust size. Eating cheese in small amounts is good for you, but it is very fattening. Plus if you eat a lot of cheese, you may need to have your galbladder removed in the future.

The best approach is to exercise. Lifting weights and focusing attention on her chest will help her firm up the muscles and eventually with time, expand.

Cheese, if u eat in large quantities will help her get her the 42 dd's back, but will also make her very obese. Excercising, and eating small quantities of red meat have been proven to help.
Though, she should be careful when excercing. Because if she over does it, she can cause a strain on her chest, that over time, would become a tumor. Good luck!

No, that wont help. She need to be happy with the body she has or risk altering it, but if she does, by the time shes 30 she will have back problems from carrying double d's on a small frame.
