yes if it came to it I would, but I would let her know before maybe she will change.

After you have tried to talk to her and make her realize how bad this is on the children. Before you call, take into consideration that the kids may be taken away from her and put into foster care which probably isn't much better. If someone in the family is willing to take care of the kids then yes, I call and report her with the offer of them moving in with other family members. It's a shame that you can't get through to her any other way. Do what is best for the children and it's definitely not staying with her.

Yes you need to go to the proper authorities right away for the sake of the children. I think that your sister has some self-esteem issues and problem's with drugs. She needs to get into a rehab program and do some real soul searching. Maybe if her kid's are taken away she will wake up. Maybe you can help her. Good Luck and may god watch over these children.

Are you willing to raise your sisters kids so she can get the help she needs? It looks to me that she need to get enrolled into a drug treatment plan and learn how to clean up her life. By doing this she will be able to make the right choices in the mate or friend that she chooses. She more than likely does not feel very good about herself and needs some encouraging words to get the jump start on her life. If you do not approve of how she is raising her family than do something about it, offer your help.

just out of curiosity, why is your avatar I hate You?! If your opinion of your sister is honest, and not out of anger, yeah, I'd report her. but what is your motive? Cause you 'hate' your sister, or you are concerned for her children? So, if you don't report her, and something does happen to the kids, could you live with your decision? You are in effect, responsible too. Remember, ignorance is not bliss, you can't pretend you don't see. Be the children's advocate, not to get at your sister.

The safety and welfare of the children come first. If they are in danger then absolutely...call Social Services at once.
