results will be less than optimum from your efforts in the gym. the body can only work with the nutrients that you supply to it.

Muscle break down, increased susceptibility to illness, sooner or later this "running on empty" routine will catch up with you.
Thin does not guarantee a healthy cardio-vascular system, bone density, or resistance to illness.
In order to allow exercise to trigger the cascade of healthy, body & mind strengthening chemicals, it needs adequate nutritional support.
It cannot make these wonderful, life enhancing properties without the building blocks to do so- ie. the raw materials out of which natural chemical reactions (amino acids, endorphins, lowered stress hormones, etc) are composed of.
Also, as you properly feed and supplement your system, (ask at a reputable health food store-Felton Nutrition in Felton California USA is both knowleadgable and honest-you will find that chocolate & crisps become far less attractive to you, as your body chemistry is actually supported, your appetites will also change for the better, while still enjoying the occasional treat.Try it, you will be surprised at the incredible results, and you already have one half of the neccesary equation for total success!
