Herbal: yes I do have a major crush on him, but he's not supposed to know. I express quite a confident outside, so I don't appear shy infront of any guy. But inwardly, yes I'm shy.

If he's shy, of course he'll ignore you silly. Not intentionally of course, but he'll shy away and pretend not to notice you. Why...Do you have a crushhh on himmm? Bwahahah :)

Yes that is possible. He may be shy and at the same time he may show you that he is not interested. So being shyness and ignoring can be applied within the same guy. I think you thought a shy guy will never have guts to ignore. That is wrong.

Long-time no talk...anyway, yes, it is possible for a guy to be shy and ignoring you at the same time. I wouldn't know why someone would do this, but it's the same principle as being shy, yet outgoing. I'm one of those type of guys. If I'm interested in someone, I won't talk to them or show that I'm interested, but once I know someone, I tend to be somewhat loud (maybe even obnoxious).

Yes :) The shyness manifests itself because of lack of self confidence or inexperience in dealing with people.. and ignoring is a way to block out the source, the emotion, the feeling. I remember using this 'act' also when confronted with nervousness..

YES!! I have experianced it twice.... the reason for mine was because he really liked me but was too shy to do anything so he avoided having to talk to me etc... i thought he was not interested and gave up until a few people came up to me saying how much he liked me and couldnt stop talking about me... so if you interested give it time!!
