Acne can get so serious that it feels like it raises the temp. but it's probably hormones. You have to keep your hands off your face or it would spread. You should be sure to keep it clean. I use proactive it's the best stuff for acne prone skin.
Plus you must wash your face before bedtime, and also use a clean pillowcase. Change it every few days.

i dont think the temp. of the face affects acne, but the sorrounding temp does. in a humid climate ur pores clog cuzing pimples, so put a face pack once a week. or u can vapourize ur face, and dont at all touch ur face AT ALL. u can apply benzoyl peroxide in the night wen u go to sleep.

Always wash your face after exercising, to remove excess oil. It probably isn't the hear as much as the oil. By the way, sweating is good for your complexion, but you must be careful about washing your face afterwords. If you find your face it too oily, eat more fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables were made by God and are good for us (my face almost always looks good when I eat a balanced diet and no trans fats).

its probably the excessive sweat that is getting onto your face...do you use a facial cleanser? (not a bar soap, which is harsh to your face) if you're not, go use one like "clarins for men" or "biotherm homme". if you are, maybe you need to get an exfoliant specifically for your face, as your pores maybe getting clogged with dead skin cells (gross but true). and if thats not working, maybe going to a dermatologist and getting a peel and a look at your skin will get you some answers

no not really but wen u exercise u sweat alot more and this could clog ur pores. its got nothing to do with temperature its more hormones then anything else really. i too had pimples on my face not extremely bad but still noticeable. but now i have less i guess its coz my hormones started changing as well.

Yes! When the face is warm, your pores open up to allow the heat to escape. When your face is cold, your pores close to keep heat from escaping. This is how pores on the body work.

Most materials act the same way. When it gets warm, they are more pliable. When it gets cold they are more stiff, and hard to work with.

A few examples are water, butter, plastic, and metal.

thats not acne is rosacea. Getting hot makes rosacea worse and causes breakouts. You should go see a dermatologist ASAP. ....

you can read more about it at www.drnase.com just google it.
Acne products make rosacea worse too.
