Are you talking about neglect or someone not paying child support? I'm guessing the latter. Your local courts can direct you on how to file the appropriate complaints.

Look. First of all they will Never take a child from their mother if you can't prove her to be unfit. So **** I have the rights of my son but my baby's father does illegal stuff so all I have to do is take that to court and he won't even have rights if they test him. He can't deny it because I have witnesses. I don't let him even let him take my child out my house. But you need to do some investigating yourself. You need to hit up those sits ol' girl gave you..
