I have a workout routine of 3 cardio days and 3 days of grouped muscle groups. I only work my abs on wednesdays each week for 20 minutes. One of my main areas I want to see improvements is in my abdominals. Should I move my abdominals to 3 days on the same day as I do my cardio?

2-3x a week is sufficient, try to hit the abs from various angles, weighted, non-weighted, etc. quality reps beat quantity any day of the week. don't forget to hit the low back as well. many people suffer low back injury due to muscle imbalances of the rectus abdominis, the hip flexors and the lower lumbar and erector spinae.

You should work your abs at least three times a week. You could work them daily if you want after a couple of weeks.

workout ur abs 3 days aftr cardio...
cardio heats thm up helping in faster fat burning...
