Most all of any instant coffees that I have had, seem to leave alot to be desired . Fresh drip or perked is always better tasting . Save the instant for those away from home camping trips . By the way , I love Folgers !!! Instant or otherwise . :>D

They don't taste the same at all, however out of all the instant coffees I have ever tried it is the best coffee substitute. And it does happen to taste better then a fair amount of fresh-perked coffee, which just sugests how little alot of companies care about the treatment of their beans.

Folgers... Yeck one of the worst coffees I've ever tasted tastes like it has sand in it! They probably didn't bother to wash the coffee beans!
I prefer Good Old Maxwell House
like the Max Monkey use to say
I reee-laax
wth my
mu mu Max
They dropped that when someone told
then Maxwell House coffee is good to the
last drop.. I was one that told them so. Others likely did so too!
Instant coffees regardless of brand is never as
good as fresh perked coffee or fresh drip brewed.

Never, travel beyond America, go even to Mexico and try fresh perked coffee a heavenly experience and you will be more alert than ever. The smoothness, the flavor, it is fantastic!

No it does not. There is nothing better than grinding your own fresh coffee beans. The varieties are hard to choose from. I like to buy at least two types of beans. I then have my own unique flavor of coffee.

Nope. Not even close. In fact, to me, it has a slightly beef Bovril flavor to it...yuck.

Sorry, but it seems that "Mrs. Folger" has lied to us all. And she looked like such a sweet lady. You never can tell, can you...?

No...instant is hardly ever as good as ground coffee....but I don't think either is as good as Starbucks...or some of the other gormet coffee grinds.
