lots of brands out there make body washes for body acne, such as neutorgena. they should work fine, especially if its not that severe. also, try putting an acne cream on it. i also suggest not wearing very tight clothes on the area, cause it can irritate it. and wear clean clothes everyday, even to bed. bacteria gets caught in the material of you clothes and can clog the pores.

Body acne is actually very common, just not discussed as much as facial acne. Don't feel embarrassed!
I highly recommend ProActiv. They sell a generic version of ProActiv at your local Wal Mart, but in my experience of trying it, I discovered about 10 minutes later that the ingredients are NOT the same like they claim. My face became swollen and broke out in hives. You would have thought I had been attacked by bees.
About a year later I tried ProActiv and I've been using the stuff for about 2 years now... I swear by it! They have a free 30-day trial, so definitely give it a shot! It's simple to use and works wonders!

there's nothing to be embarrassed about, its part of growing up...some have their pimples grow on the face and some at the back.
what you can do is:
1. avoid pricking it.
2. wear loose tops to let the pimples breathe, help develop and heal fast.
3. use germicidal soaps when bathing to help prevent pimples.
if there are like plenty of pimples, consult a dermatologist to help yourself ease out that burden.

dont pick them, they will scar. i know it's tempting but the skin there is different to the skin on your face. other than that my only advice is use a good cleanser regularly, wear suncream or moisturiser and if you're a teenager, you may just have to wait it out till they clear up on their own.
