I take it this is in responce to the bird flu scare? 'if it is then yes as the meat has been cooked the virus will be dead.

If it is a cat food it is generally safe for a cat to eat

yes, and Purina cat food has a high protein amount too. They have lots of different types of cat food-one I especially like, the one for inside cats.

Yes, unless they are allergic to one of the ingredients. Maybe try her out with a little bit first, if there's no reaction and she seems to enjoy it, then by all means feed it to her! What a lucky cat :)

I dont think it can do any harm but make sure they have a varied diet.
