no pop
no fast food
sent times in the day to eat and if you want to eat or feel like eatting b4 the set time DONT have some water but dont eat.
work out everyday and night
only eat good foods.
if you do all of these things you will loss weight and fast. 2 weeks and you will see what i mean 4 weeks and you are good to go. but dont stop eatting rihgth is one of the best things you can do. also sleep well. it has been said that sleep plays a part in you weight

You can't. Any over the counter drugs that do it super quick by messing with your metabolism are unsafe.
Any of the other dietary nutrition supplements or plans, they all work.
However any reputable supplement will state in the fine print that their claims for wait loss assumes that you are reasonable with your other meals and that you exercise daily.
I am sure that I don't have to tell you fast and junk food is no good and that the emphasis should be on fresh foods and vegetables etc. Just remember to walk at least one hour per day.
If you need a quick jump start for motivation try eating an apple one half hour before every meal. They have very few calories and contain fiber and antioxidants and fill you up so you will not eat as much.

The best way is to reduce your caloric intake (some people do portion control such as eating half of what they eat now), and exercising. If you lose the weight slowly, you are more apt to keep it off than if you lose it fast.
