Anyways, let say, God forbids, someone raped your mom/sister/wife/daughter, and you can decided what you can do to the rapist. Some say death, some say torture to death, but yet we do capital punishment. Is this barbaric?

It certainly does. If you are going to Saudi Arabia, you will find, in red letters on your landing card, Death to Drug Dealers. And they are not kidding. On Fridays, at about noon in Riyadh, in the courtyard of a mosque on Turki Street in the old part of town called the Batha, culprits are publicly beheaded.

they require four witnesses but they probably don't have to tell the truth the law is blood thirsty in many places .I've read accounts of beheading even members of the royal family for unapproved sex .
